Kindset Counseling, PLLC
Lindsay DiPasquale, LCPC

Therapy Services
At Kindset Counseling, I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, emerging adults, adults and parents.
My therapeutic approach is built on a foundation of making room for connection, reflection, support, and challenging yourself in order to have a more fulfilling life and relationships. I often incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) into my work and appreciate the value of exploring art, play, humor, and creativity as part of the therapeutic process. These collective approaches can allow for us to partner in a collaborative therapeutic relationship to work towards your treatment goals.
